Delivery

The great thing about buying from Holly Jenson & Friends is that the films are emailed to you rather than sent in the post, so there's no need to wait to watch the films, you could be watching them in as little as 30 minutes after you order.

Once you have placed an order, it generally takes 15 minutes for the order to clear, sometimes, if more extensive identity checks need to be conducted then it can take upto 4 hours. This procedure is in place to protect buyers from fraud and only affects 10% of our orders so please be patient if this happens.

Once the order has cleared, your card will be charged and the order processed.

When the order has been processed the films will then be emailed to you at the email address you signed up with when you ordered, unless you notify me of an alternative email address prior to ordering.
